HAO MU EDUCATION CENTRE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Sales Representative (Student Enrolment) to drive enrolment growth at our tuition centre. The role combines direct sales with a part-time front desk/parent liaison component, offering a clear career progression path.

You’ll represent the centre to parents and students, handle inquiries via walk-ins, calls, and WhatsApp, and achieve monthly enrolment targets with a consultative approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in direct sales or customer-facing roles.
• English and Chinese proficiency (spoken and written) required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to work on weekends for recruitment events.

Responsibilities

• Drive student enrolment through lead conversion, outreach, and pipeline management.
• Represent the centre to parents and students via walk-ins, calls, and events.
• Maintain a structured sales pipeline with accurate records in CRM.
• Coordinate onboarding from registration to first lesson and support front desk operations.
