Job summary

BLUETREE EDUCATION LEARNING CENTRE PTE. LTD is seeking an Enrolment Officer in Singapore to handle enrolment enquiries, assess parents' needs, and guide families through the enrolment process. You will work with the academic and centre teams to coordinate class availability and schedules.

The role emphasises sales targets, customer engagement, and building rapport with parents. 5-day week with weekend shifts; attractive salary and incentives offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum O'Level/NITEC/ Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year in sales, customer service, or education preferred.
• Excellent English and communication with parents via calls/chats.

Responsibilities

• Attend to incoming enrolment enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, walk-ins and online leads.
• Understand parents' needs and recommend suitable programmes and schedules.
• Follow up with leads and guide parents through enrolment.
• Build rapport with parents and students to support conversion.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries and enrolment status.
• Coordinate class availability with Centre and Academic teams.
• Contribute ideas to improve lead conversion and enrolment.
