You will consult prospects, assist at the center, and coordinate online and offline events to boost registrations and center performance. You will manage social media content in Chinese and English, craft copy, and engage diverse audiences while ensuring high-quality student experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, communications, business, or related fields.
• Experience in marketing or course consulting within the education industry.
• Proficiency in operating mainstream social media platforms with strong copywriting skills and a good sense of visual aesthetics.
• Strong communication, adaptability, and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Consult prospective students to provide enrollment guidance and convert inquiries into course registrations, meeting enrollment targets.
• Welcome and assist customers at the center to ensure a positive experience and support course conversion efforts.
• Plan, organize, and execute online and offline marketing events such as seminars, open classes, and enrollment drives to boost visibility and engagement.
• Manage community operations by planning, creating, and publishing engaging content on social media platforms including Xiaohongshu and WeChat Official Account.
• Utilize bilingual Chinese and English communication skills to effectively interact with diverse audiences and stakeholders.
• Adapt communication style and approach to meet customer needs and work efficiently under pressure.
