Job summary

Talents@Work Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive to engage with parents, build relationships, and drive enrolment through creative marketing strategies. The role covers handling multiple channels, coordinating campaigns, and forming partnerships to expand enrolment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in sales/marketing, strong bilingual communication (English and Chinese), and a degree in marketing or related fields.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
• Experience in the education industry will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
• Familiar with digital marketing, social media management, and online advertising platforms.
• Proficient in English and Chinese, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries from parents via phone, WhatsApp, email, social media, and walk-ins.
• Drive enrolment targets monthly.
• Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns and events.
• Manage and optimise digital marketing channels (Google/Meta Ads, social media, content).
• Build partnerships with schools, organizations, and corporate partners to expand enrolment channels.
• Analyze campaign results and improve lead generation and conversion.
