Nanyang International School (NIS) in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Marketing Executive to support student recruitment across Asia. You will work closely with the Vice President and Admissions team to execute marketing and enrolment initiatives, focusing on both digital and offline channels.

The role is execution-focused and includes lead generation, enquiry tracking, content creation, and coordinating events, webinars, and school fairs.

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns across digital and offline channels.

Aufgaben

• Lead Generation & Marketing Support
• Assist in executing lead generation activities such as advertisements, content creation, and events.
• Support enquiry tracking and follow-up coordination.
• Maintain basic tracking of leads and conversions.
• Collaborate with the team to improve the enrolment funnel.
• Content & Social Media Execution
• Support planning and posting of content across Xiaohongshu, TikTok, YouTube, WeChat, Instagram and Facebook.
• Assist in simple video scripting and coordination.
• Ensure consistent weekly content output.
• Contribute ideas for content that engages parents and students.
• Assist in preparing and updating eNewsletters, EDMs, prospectuses, visuals, posters and event materials.
• Coordinate with designers and vendors as required.
• Ensure all materials are clear and aligned with school messaging.
• Webinars & Events Support
• Assist in organising webinars and school events.
• Manage registrations and basic follow-up.
• Support logistics for education fairs and exhibitions.
• Admissions & Conversion Support
• Work with the Admissions team to follow up on enquiries.
• Ensure timely responses to prospective parents.
• Support improvements in enquiry-to-enrolment conversion.
• Compliance & Accuracy
• Ensure marketing materials are accurate and comply with EduTrust requirements.
• Avoid misleading claims in all communications.
• Follow internal guidelines when communicating school offerings.
• Coordinate with external vendors such as designers, videographers, and developers.
• Ensure timelines are met and deliverables are completed.
• Reporting & Tracking
• Track basic marketing metrics including enquiries, lead sources, and conversion trends.
• Provide simple updates to the Vice President and team.
• Take direction from the Vice President on marketing priorities.
• Work closely with the Head of Sales and Admissions team.
• Contribute ideas during discussions and team meetings.
• Support consistent execution of agreed plans.
