Job summary

SSTC Institute is seeking a Business Development Executive in Singapore to identify and recruit students for multiple programs. You will develop and implement marketing and sales strategies, engage prospective customers, and maintain strong client relationships to drive enrollment growth.

Responsibilities include planning multi-channel marketing campaigns, promoting programs at events, and training agents to effectively promote offerings while recording data and ensuring top-notch service.

Qualifications

• Basic sales experience with excellent communication skills.
• Digital marketing experience and knowledge.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations and proposals.
• Prior experience in the education industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing plans and schedules for each program to increase student recruitment.
• Collaborate with colleagues, sponsors, media representatives, and other professionals to execute multi-channel marketing strategies.
• Design sales strategies including special promotions and sponsored events to boost program enrollment.
• Respond promptly to incoming calls from prospective students and provide clear information on program features and benefits using prepared scripts.
• Ask targeted questions to understand prospective students’ needs and tailor presentations accordingly.
• Persuade prospective students by demonstrating how programs meet their educational goals.
• Accurately record prospective students’ personal information in the company’s database.
• Resolve complaints or concerns to protect and enhance the company’s reputation.
• Exceed sales quotas by proactively following up and facilitating future enrollments.
• Maintain detailed records of calls, sales, and useful customer information for analysis.
• Provide timely answers to questions from agents and students about program benefits and services.
• Build and sustain excellent client relationships through superior customer service.
• Attend trade shows and travel to meet clients as required to promote programs.
• Train and update agents to ensure they are knowledgeable and effective in promoting programs.
