Job summary

SPRING COLLEGE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Enrollment professional to drive full-time and part-time program enrollments. You will engage prospective students and parents, promote courses, and ensure a smooth enrollment process.

You will also create compelling social media content across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube to boost visibility and student engagement. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong interest in social media, content creation, and storytelling
• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin

Responsibilities

• Drive course enrollment for full-time and part-time academic programs
• Promote the institution’s offerings to prospective students and parents.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the enrollment process and address inquiries promptly.
• Manage administrative tasks related to student enrollment, including visa application processing and documentation verification.
• Work towards achieving individual and team enrollment KPI.
• Content creation on social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube), featuring school life, student experiences, and behind-the-scenes content.
