V-SWIFT PTE. LTD. seeks a Youth Engagement Officer to support the UPLIFT programme in Singapore.

The role focuses on strengthening student engagement, providing targeted interventions, and aiding holistic development for students needing additional assistance. You will work with the Student Development Team, Case Management Team, teachers and other stakeholders to implement mentoring, academic support, life-skills workshops and enrichment activities, while monitoring progress and maintaining

Qualifications

Diploma qualification required.
At least 1 year of relevant experience engaging or supporting children/youths.

Responsabilités

Student Engagement, Support and Mentoring: provide individualized support and mentoring through one-to-one sessions and small group activities; assist students facing attendance, engagement or behavioural challenges; build supportive relationships to boost belonging and motivation.
Programme Coordination and Implementation: assist planning, coordinating and implementing UPLIFT activities; support delivery of academic support, life skills, career guidance and enrichment programmes.
Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration: collaborate with Student Development Team, Case Management Team, teachers and other school personnel; facilitate communication with parents/guardians.
Student Progress Monitoring and Documentation: maintain attendance and participation records; monitor progress; prepare progress updates and reports; handle confidential information.
Other Assigned Duties: perform related duties as assigned by the Authority, in line with programme objectives.
