West View Primary School in Singapore seeks qualified personnel to provide UPLIFT mentoring on attendance, motivation, behaviour and personal concerns. The role requires a Diploma and at least one year of experience with children/youth, with independent and team work expected.

You will identify students needing support, implement interventions, coordinate programmes on academic support and life skills, manage materials and liaise with parents and stakeholders while preserving confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Diploma qualification required with at least 1 year of experience with children/youth.
• Ability to build rapport and provide developmental guidance to students.
• Capable of coordinating programmes, communicating with stakeholders and working independently or in a team.
• Patience, empathy, responsibility and good organisation, recording and reporting skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide UPLIFT mentoring on attendance, motivation, behaviour and personal concerns.
• Identify students needing support and implement interventions with follow-up.
• Plan and facilitate programmes covering academic support, life skills and enrichment.
• Liaise with parents and stakeholders and participate in team case meetings.
• Maintain confidential attendance, progress and case records; prepare reports.
