BUSINESS EDGE PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking a Campus Supervisor to oversee student supervision, engagement, and behavioural management at a Singapore school campus.

The role involves patrols, restorative conversations, and supporting corrective counselling to guide positive student behaviour. You will liaise with school leaders and parents, coordinate SIP sessions, and assist in incident response as part of a support team.

Formación

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent qualification.
• One year of experience in student supervision, social work, or related field.
• Must have some experience working with students.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Proficiency with documentation systems.
• Ability to engage adolescents effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Programme Management & Follow-up.
• Campus Supervision & Student Engagement.
• Conduct regular patrols during recess and lunch to monitor student behaviour and grooming and address inappropriate conduct.
• Proactively engage with students to deter misconduct and guide positive behaviour.
• Assist in restorative conversations and processes between offenders and victims when appropriate.
• Support delivery of corrective counselling to help students understand consequences of actions.
• Serve as part of the immediate response team for disruptive incidents to stabilise situations.
• Liaise with school staff on case handovers and drafting of reports.
• Support out-of-school patrol duties with senior staff.
• Oversee Self-Improvement Programme (SIP) Supervision and ensure conduct is maintained.
• Track attendance and punctuality for SIP; issue reminders and follow up on non-compliance.
• Coordinate session rescheduling and communicate with parents on student progress.
• Engage with parents and guardians regarding disciplinary cases and rehabilitation efforts.
