Qualifications

• Calm under pressure when handling challenging situations with students and parents.
• Youth engagement with children under 16 exhibiting behavioral issues.
• Confident in managing challenging behaviors and handling difficult conversations.
• Familiarity with restorative practices and standard case management processes.
• Knowledge of standard case management processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist the school's discipline team with misconduct and bullying cases.
• Document all case findings accurately and maintain proper records.
• Monitor recalcitrant offenders and follow up on uniform and grooming issues.
• Engage with offenders and victims to provide guidance and emotional support.
• Conduct regular patrols of school grounds and nearby areas.
• Supervise students serving in-school suspension or detention.
• Assist with reviewing school CCTV footage during active case investigations.
• Facilitate restorative conversations and support delivery of corrective counselling.
• Facilitate timely communication with parents regarding disciplinary cases.
• Provide administrative support and assist the school operations team during school holidays.
