Job summary

SELF TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Student Management Officer to support MOE schools with day-to-day discipline and behavioural support.

You will collaborate with the School’s Student Management Team to maintain a safe environment and assist with case management and investigations for at-risk students. The role requires calmness under pressure, strong organisation, clear communication, and the ability to work within a structured school routine.

Qualifications

• Minimum 'N' or 'O' Level pass (or equivalent).
• Prior experience with teenagers or in school discipline/case-management is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) for documenting cases.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• MOE instructor registration preferred for placements.
• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Responsibilities

• Support the school's Student Management Team in day-to-day student discipline tasks (late comers detention, in-house suspension, pull-out programmes).
• Patrol school premises during recess and activities to maintain order.
• Provide direct supervision and case management for at-risk students, including engagement and progress tracking.
• Conduct investigations, obtain statements, and prepare clear written reports for Student Management KPs.
• Maintain accurate case notes, disciplinary records, and attendance data; support administrative record-keeping.
• Participate in Case Management Meetings and communicate outcomes to staff, students, and parents.
