Job summary

Edspace Student Care in Singapore is seeking a full-time, on-site Student Care Manager to oversee the daily well-being, safety, and engagement of students in our programs. The role requires a driven problem-solver attitude and strong teamwork with staff.

Responsibilities include managing student intake and records, coordinating care plans, monitoring attendance and behavior, and communicating regularly with families and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage student cases and care plans.
• Ability to help young students with spelling and homework.
• Ability to work effectively with students.
• Organizational and administrative skills for operational procedures.
• Prior experience in student care, school-based programs, or community services in Singapore is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily well-being, safety, and engagement of students enrolled in Edspace programs.
• Manage student intake and records and coordinate care plans.
• Monitor attendance and behavior and communicate regularly with families and caregivers.
• Teach classes to address student needs in the classroom and during co-curricular activities.
