Job summary

Edspace Student Care in Singapore is seeking a full-time, on-site Student Care Manager to oversee the daily well-being, safety, and engagement of students in our programs. The role requires a driven problem-solver attitude and strong teamwork with staff.

Responsibilities include managing student intake and records, coordinating care plans, monitoring attendance and behavior, and communicating regularly with families and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage student cases and care plans.
• Ability to help young students with spelling and homework.
• Ability to work effectively with students.
• Organizational and administrative skills for operational procedures.
• Prior experience in student care, school-based programs, or community services in Singapore is an advantage.

The Student Care Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore. This role oversees the daily well-being, safety, and engagement of students enrolled in Edspace Student Care programs. He/ She should be driven and is a problem solver. Responsibilities include managing student intake and records, coordinating care plans, monitoring attendance and behavior, and communicating regularly with families and caregivers. The Student Care Manager also teaches classes to ensure that student needs are addressed in the classroom and during co-curricular activities.
