Qualifications

• Supervise and support students during study time, meals, and recreation.
• Build positive relationships with students and create an inclusive environment.
• Communicate with parents regarding progress, behaviour and wellbeing.
• Collaborate with educators to address students' needs and learning objectives.
• Maintain records of student progress, attendance, and concerns.
• Implement behaviour management per centre policies and best practices.
• Organise enrichment programmes, outings and events to enhance the care experience.
• Ensure health, safety and hygiene standards are met at all times.
