Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or youths in student management, mentoring, behavioural support, or related activities.
• 2+ years of relevant experience; school experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preliminary fact-finding and document incidents to support student management and restorative interventions.
• Supervise students during in-house suspension, reflection activities, and designated school sessions to ensure compliance and safety.
• Perform school patrols to monitor student behaviour and provide mentoring and guidance to students needing additional support.
• Assist in implementing student well-being programmes such as anti-bullying, cyber wellness, and peer support activities to foster a positive school environment.
• Maintain accurate student records, track programme participation, and coordinate follow-up actions with teachers and school staff to ensure effective support.
