Job summary

Dynamic Safety Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated school well-being coordinator to support MOE-regulated student management and behavioural programs in Singapore. You will assist investigations, document incidents and oversee restorative conversations to improve behaviour among students.

You will mentor at-risk youths, supervise in-house suspensions, conduct patrols for safety, and coordinate with teachers and external providers to ensure comprehensive well-being support.

Qualifications

• Must be MOE-registered by the ITQ closing date.
• Relevant experience working with children or youths in student management, behavioural support, mentoring or student well-being.
• Qualifications in Education, Psychology, Counselling, Social Work or related fields preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in student engagement, behaviour management or mentoring preferred.
• School-based student management or support experience preferred.
• Good communication, teamwork and inter personal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with student management, preliminary investigations and incident documentation.
• Facilitate restorative conversations and reflective activities to improve student behaviour.
• Supervise students under in-house suspension and monitor their progress.
• Conduct regular school patrols to ensure student safety and discipline.
• Mentor at-risk students and promote positive behaviour and self-discipline.
• Support anti-bullying, cyber wellness and student well-being programmes.
• Guide Student Well-Being Ambassadors in organising campaigns, activities and carnivals.
• Monitor student participation and collect programme feedback.
• Maintain accurate and confidential student records and prepare reports.
• Coordinate with teachers, school personnel and external programme providers.
• Identify and report behavioural issues and safety concerns.
• Maintain professional boundaries and comply with school and MOE guidelines.
