Job summary

IET PTE LTD is seeking an individual to support the Student Management Team in Singapore. The role focuses on supervising student behaviour, assisting in school programmes, and maintaining discipline records to contribute to student development.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of relevant experience and are proficient with Google Workspace. The position is part-time with afternoon hours, Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM, based in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Proficient in Google Workspace, including word processing, spreadsheets, and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Monitor student behaviour and manage discipline matters in collaboration with the Student Management Team
• Supervise students during detention, in-house suspension, and disciplinary activities to ensure compliance with school rules
• Assist teachers in managing students during Co-Curricular Activities (CCA) and school programmes to maintain order and safety
• Maintain accurate student discipline records and perform administrative follow-up on student cases to support effective case management
• Support character-building, Gear-Up, and other student development programmes to promote positive student growth
• Conduct basic student interviews independently and collaborate with teachers to address student issues
