Job summary

Landmark E&C Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a capable Project Manager to lead overall project planning, control and budget analysis for industrial and commercial projects.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Architectural/Building/Construction Management/Civil Engineering and at least 5 years of Singapore experience, with MUST knowledge of A&A works in the local market. A full-time position with a strong safety focus is offered.

Qualifications

• Singapore experience in A&A for Industrial/Commercial Projects is MUST.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall project management, planning and control to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage site work including cash flow planning, costing, contract administration, delivery, and progress while upholding safety.
• Draft contracts, analyze bids, advise on tender documents, and award construction and procurement contracts.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• In charge of overall project management, planning, and control, as well as project budget analysis and profitability.
• Manage all site work, including cash flow planning, costing, contract administration, delivery management, and project progress management, to ensure that the project is completed to a high standard and that safety standards are followed.
• Drafting contracts, analyzing bids, making recommendations, and awarding construction and procurement contracts as part of the preparation of tender documents.
• Maintain the client's satisfaction with the project's performance and keep them informed of any potential new business prospects.

Requirements:

• Recognized Diploma/Degree in Architectural/Building/Construction Management/Civil Engineering or equivalent
• 5 years of demonstrated work experience in Singapore.
