IMD CONTRACTORS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a capable Project Engineer to manage technical and documentation aspects of construction projects. You will liaise with clients, consultants and site teams to ensure timely submissions and smooth progress.

The ideal candidate holds a BCA-recognized degree in Architecture, Building, Civil/Structural Engineering or an equivalent field, with 2–3 years of relevant experience. Fresh graduates are welcome; AutoCAD proficiency is required.

• Ability to read and interpret structural drawings.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and deploy manpower for assigned projects to ensure on-schedule execution.
• Conduct site tests and maintain relevant records and updates.
• Liaise with sub-contractors, suppliers or vendors for materials/equipment.
• Attend regular site meetings and maintain good communication at all levels.

Job Description & Requirements

• Handle technical and documentation requirements of projects in Singapore, with in depth understanding.
• Able to communicate with clients and consultants during all stages of the projects.
• Required to perform preparations, follow-up and updating of documents for submission to clients and consultants.
• Perform project briefings to the project/ operational teams for commencement of projects.
• Plan and deploy manpower for assigned projects, ensuring all projects are executed and followed up closely in accordance with the work schedule.
• Conduct various field tests required by the sites, thereby maintaining all relevant records and updates accordingly.
• Liaising with sub-contractors, suppliers or vendors on the materials or equipment required at the sites.
• monitoring of work progress.
• Attend regular site meetings and good communication skills at all levels and situations.
• Understand basic and fundamental Safety requirements in Project Management.
• Must be able to read and interpret Structural drawings.
• Analytical & meticulous minded with a positive "Can Do” attitude
• Hold a BCA recognized degree in Architecture, Building, Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent construction field with at least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Fresh degree holders in similar disciplines are welcome to apply.
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license will be advantageous
• Able to communicate and interact with people at all levels, is a MUST.
• Willingness to work late to accomplish work requirements, whenever required.
