Job summary

SINGAPORE CYBERMETA HOLDING PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced technical delivery specialist in Singapore to troubleshoot end-to-end streaming and network issues, and to lead on-site deployment and testing for telecom products.

The role requires strong Linux, networking and streaming knowledge, plus Python or Shell scripting and excellent communication with customers. You will document processes and drive automation in delivery workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical delivery, integration, or operations.
• Proficient in Linux, TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, HLS/DASH and streaming technologies.
• Experience with Python and/or Shell scripting.
• Strong troubleshooting, customer-facing, and communication skills.
• Experience with Singapore/SEA telecom operators/providers is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot end-to-end streaming and network issues, including latency, packet loss, buffering, and playback problems.
• Support integration and testing across telecom product.
• Lead customer on-site deployment, UAT, performance testing, and acceptance.
• Provide L2 technical support and work closely with R&D teams to resolve critical issues.
• Prepare technical documentation and improve delivery processes through automation and scripting.
