Job summary

You will troubleshoot, support testing and delivery, prepare technical documentation, and provide post-deployment assistance, leveraging Linux, networking, and streaming technologies to ensure service stability. This role emphasizes strong communication and teamwork under pressure.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of IPTV/OTT, multimedia, or telecommunications project experience.
• Familiar with Linux, TCP/IP networking, and basic database operations.
• Knowledge of IPTV/OTT architecture including Middleware, CDN, Origin, DRM, or streaming tech is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, integrate, and maintain IPTV/OTT platforms and related systems.
• Troubleshoot system, application, and network issues to ensure service stability.
• Support system testing, customer acceptance, and project delivery.
• Work closely with customers, project teams, and R&D to resolve technical issues.
• Prepare technical documentation and provide post-deployment technical support.
