Job summary

Apple Media Products seeks a CDN Solutions Engineer to join the Content Delivery Network Solutions team in Singapore. You’ll design and implement CDN solutions, tailor them to internal customers, and troubleshoot latency and availability issues across live environments.

You’ll work with marketing, software engineering, AI/ML, IT, and other groups, build tools to speed up workflows, and collaborate across time zones with Cupertino and Singapore teams to keep services running at scale.

Qualifications

• 4+ years with Content Delivery Networks (caching, routing, TLS)
• 4+ years production software development in Python, Go, or Node.js
• Ability to troubleshoot HTTP and DNS issues in live environments
• Experience analyzing logs and metrics to root-cause issues under pressure

Responsibilities

• Design and implement CDN solutions across multiple platforms
• Troubleshoot latency and availability issues with logs, DNS and HTTP diagnostics
• Build tools to automate and accelerate CDN operations
• Collaborate with Apple engineers across teams to deploy reliable solutions
