Responsibilities

• Post-sales activities for cybersecurity or network performance products.
• Participate in large-scale local and regional project implementations.
• Provide on-site deployment, testing, and documentation.
• Provide technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot and research knowledgebase to resolve queries.
• Be on standby to support 24x7 maintenance calls.
• Communicate issues clearly and concisely.
