Job summary

JAC Recruitment Pte Ltd is seeking a Manager/Director to lead end-to-end consulting projects, covering strategy development, PMO execution, and transaction advisory. You will develop strategic recommendations and insights to support client decision-making and build relationships with C-level executives.

The role requires senior-level leadership, oversees project teams, and contributes to business growth and practice development within the firm.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in strategy consulting, finance, or related professional services.
• Experience at the Manager level or above within a strategy consulting firm.
• Strong business-level English communication skills with proven ability to execute projects and manage teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end consulting projects across strategy development, PMO execution, and transaction advisory.
• Develop strategic recommendations and insights to support client decisions.
• Build and manage relationships with C-level executives and stakeholders.
• Oversee project teams to ensure quality delivery and effective project management.
• Contribute to business growth, practice development, and organizational leadership (senior roles).
