Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field; Master's advantageous
• Professional qualifications such as PMP, CFA, CPA, MBA, or Agile certifications preferred
• Minimum 9 years of relevant consulting/M&A/post-merger integration experience
• Deep expertise across the M&A lifecycle, with strength in post-merger integration and large-scale transformation
