Job Summary: We are seeking an energetic and highly skilled PMO Lead with a strong management consulting background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in managing large-scale enterprise programs and be adept at working with senior leadership, including C‑Suite executives. This role requires excellent communication skills, particularly in creating compelling presentations and managing diverse, geographically distributed teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Management :
- Lead and manage large-scale enterprise programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Oversee a program team of approximately 50 members, spread across different geographies and time zones.
- Ensure successful onboarding and offboarding of resources.
- Communication & Presentation :
- Develop high-quality presentations (PPT) that effectively communicate program status, issues, and solutions to senior leadership.
- Articulate complex ideas and strategies clearly and concisely to C‑Suite executives.
- Collaboration & Tools :
- Utilize collaboration tools and office productivity tools to enhance team efficiency and communication.
- Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging creative and analytical problem-solving.
- Stakeholder Engagement :
- Engage with senior leadership to understand program objectives and deliverables.
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Process Management :
- Implement and manage effective processes for onboarding and offboarding resources.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Sector Experience :
- Leverage experience in the financial and banking sectors to drive program success.
- Apply knowledge of development and integration projects to inform program management practices.
- Continuous Improvement :
- Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and best practices in program management.
- Advocate for continuous improvement and innovation within the PMO.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP) are a plus.
- Experience :
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing large-scale enterprise programs.
- Proven track record of working with senior leadership (C‑Suite).
- Technical Skills :
- Proficiency in collaboration tools (e.g., MS Teams, Slack) and office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Strong capability in creating compelling PowerPoint presentations.
- Sector Experience :
- Experience in the financial and banking sector is highly advantageous.
- Experience with development and integration projects is a plus.
