Job summary

sggovterp in Singapore seeks an experienced Organisation Development and Strategic Planning specialist to shape the long-term direction of SWDA. The role may be an individual contributor or team lead, driving organisation-wide change across divisions and embedding new ways of working.

You will translate strategy into actionable OD plans, designs for organisation design and culture-building, and collaborate with HR and Strategic Communications to ensure clear, coherent change communications.

Qualifications

• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking; understand issues beyond the surface.
• Good project management and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of organisation development, change management, organisation design and culture-building concepts.
• Understanding of public governance and its principles.
• Familiarity with staff engagement, pulse surveys, data analysis and insights generation.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic planning to anchor OD efforts in long-term direction and priorities.
• Ensure OD interventions align with SWDA's mission and operating context.
• Translate priorities into coordinated OD plans, change initiatives and capability-building.
• Drive organisation development initiatives to strengthen effectiveness, culture and ways of working.
• Diagnose organisational issues using data and stakeholder insights; recommend practical interventions.
• Design and implement OD interventions to support transformation, culture-building and change management.
• Develop frameworks, tools and engagement platforms to strengthen alignment and readiness for change.
• Collaborate with Strategic Comms and HR to support clear communication of change priorities.
• Build OD capability and sustain organisation-wide change across divisions.
• Embed new ways of working, clarify roles and interfaces to improve collaboration.
• Partner on Strategic Workforce Planning projects and staff engagement channels.
