Job summary

WSG Workforce Singapore Agency seeks a practitioner to support the Strategic Planning Division in shaping the organisation's strategic direction and driving organisational development across the agency.

The role involves translating strategy into change initiatives, building capacity for future readiness, and partnering with HR and strategic comms to ensure cohesive communication and alignment across divisions.

Qualifications

• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking.
• Good project management and problem-solving abilities.
• Understanding of organisation development, change management, organisation design and culture-building concepts.
• Understanding of public governance and its principles.
• Familiarity with staff engagement, pulse surveys, data analysis and insights generation.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic planning to anchor OD efforts in SWDA's long-term direction and priorities.
• Ensure OD interventions align with SWDA's mission and contexts; translate priorities into coordinated plans.
• Drive organisation development to strengthen effectiveness, culture and ways of working; diagnose issues and propose interventions.
• Design and implement OD interventions: organisation design, culture-building, staff engagement and change management.
• Develop frameworks and tools; collaborate to strengthen alignment and readiness for change; communicate change priorities.
