Job summary

Singapore Business Federation seeks a Senior/Lead Manager to lead the HCAC Secretariat and drive workforce transformation policy. You will shape employer perspectives, draft policy papers, and engage with government, industry and academia to deliver strategic initiatives.

You will collaborate with senior leaders to translate workforce priorities into actionable programs, monitor outcomes and influence policy decisions for Singapore's talent ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Degree in Public Policy or related field is required.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with ability to translate data into policy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for policy papers and briefings.
• Proven experience with stakeholder engagement and governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead policy development and employer advocacy for HCAC and SBF.
• Drive workforce transformation and human capital policy agendas.
• Manage governance, secretariat duties, and annual workplans for HCAC.
• Cultivate relationships with senior business leaders, government and ecosystem partners.
• Translate priorities into actionable initiatives and monitor progress.
