Job summary

Avensys Consulting PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Workforce Planning Lead to drive strategic workforce planning, forecast demand and supply, and build workforce models.

You will design Oracle EPM/EPBCS solutions, develop headcount, skills, and cost scenarios, and partner with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders to translate strategy into actionable workforce plans. Strong communication and consulting experience preferred.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in strategic workforce planning or analytics.
Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud / EPBCS workforce planning.
Understanding of workforce cost planning, skills planning, and scenario analysis.
Experience in consulting or large-scale enterprise implementations.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic workforce planning initiatives including demand & supply forecasting, gap analysis, and scenario modeling.
Design and implement Oracle EPM / EPBCS Workforce Planning solutions.
Build workforce models covering headcount, FTE, skills, compensation, and cost.
Partner with HR, Finance, and Business stakeholders to translate strategy into actionable workforce plans.
Support workforce optimization, transformation, and budgeting initiatives.
Deliver insights and dashboards to support executive decision making.
