You will partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to translate strategy into actionable workforce plans, build models, deliver dashboards, and support budgeting and transformation

Qualifications

• Experience in Strategic Workforce Planning or Workforce Analytics.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud / EPBCS Workforce Planning.
• Understanding of workforce cost planning, skills planning, and scenario analysis.
• Experience in consulting or large-scale enterprise implementations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Strategic Workforce Planning initiatives including demand & supply forecasting, gap analysis, and scenario modeling.
• Design and implement Oracle EPM / EPBCS Workforce Planning solutions.
• Build workforce models covering headcount, FTE, skills, compensation, and cost.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and Business stakeholders to translate strategy into actionable workforce plans.
• Support workforce optimization, transformation, and budgeting initiatives.
• Deliver insights and dashboards to support executive decision making.
