Job summary

Avensys Consulting PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Workforce Planning Lead to drive strategic workforce planning, forecast demand and supply, and build workforce models.

You will design Oracle EPM/EPBCS solutions, develop headcount, skills, and cost scenarios, and partner with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders to translate strategy into actionable workforce plans. Strong communication and consulting experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in strategic workforce planning or analytics.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud / EPBCS workforce planning.
• Understanding of workforce cost planning, skills planning, and scenario analysis.
• Experience in consulting or large-scale enterprise implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic workforce planning initiatives including demand & supply forecasting, gap analysis, and scenario modeling.
• Design and implement Oracle EPM / EPBCS Workforce Planning solutions.
• Build workforce models covering headcount, FTE, skills, compensation, and cost.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and Business stakeholders to translate strategy into actionable workforce plans.
• Support workforce optimization, transformation, and budgeting initiatives.
• Deliver insights and dashboards to support executive decision making.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead Strategic Workforce Planning initiatives including demand & supply forecasting, gap analysis, and scenario modeling
• Design and implement Oracle EPM / EPBCS Workforce Planning solutions
• Build workforce models covering headcount, FTE, skills, compensation, and cost
• Partner with HR, Finance, and Business stakeholders to translate strategy into actionable workforce plans
• Support workforce optimization, transformation, and budgeting initiatives
• Deliver insights and dashboards to support executive decision making

Requirements

• Strong experience in Strategic Workforce Planning or Workforce Analytics
• Hands on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud / EPBCS Workforce Planning
• Good understanding of workforce cost planning, skills planning, and scenario analysis
• Experience in consulting or large scale enterprise implementations
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred

• Oracle EPM / EPBCS certification
• Experience in public sector or large enterprise environments
• Exposure to HR or Finance transformation programs
