Job summary

HAROLD CONSULTANCY is seeking a Senior Warehouse Manager to own site operations, drive continuous improvement, and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 8 years in warehouse/logistics with 2–5 years in senior supervision, strong WMS skills (SAP/Oracle/Manhattan), and a focus on cost control and safety compliance. You will report to leadership and collaborate across functions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in warehouse operations or logistics.
• 2-5 years in senior supervisory/managerial roles leading warehouse teams.
• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems and inventory controls.
• Experience with Lean/Kaizen and safety audits.
• Ability to manage budgets and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead & oversee daily warehouse operations aligned with program objectives.
• Manage operating costs and drive continuous improvement projects for profitability.
• Lead, motivate & mentor warehouse operations and administrative teams.
• Ensure compliance with QHSS audits and quality standards.
• Oversee staff training, leave approvals, disciplinary processes and system changes.
• Represent the site in KPI reviews, QBRs and project rollouts.
