Job summary

HAROLD CONSULTANCY is seeking an experienced Project Manager - Operations to lead end-to-end project execution across contract logistics, warehouse implementations, and supply chain transitions. You will own projects from planning through go-live and post-implementation support, ensuring operational and customer deliverables are met.

The role requires 6+ years in logistics and 4+ years in project management, with strong stakeholder management and familiarity with WMS/ERP systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business.
6+ years in logistics, supply chain, warehouse management, or contract logistics.
4+ years leading warehouse implementations, onboarding, or process improvements.
3PL environment experience preferred.
Strong stakeholder management, presentation, and analytical skills with WMS/ERP familiarity.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project life cycles including timelines, resources, budget, and risk management.
Coordinate site transfers, migrations, start-ups, and warehouse ramp-ups.
Drive onboarding projects translating client requirements into deliverables.
Oversee governance, risk escalation, and stakeholder reporting.
Collaborate with IT on WMS/ERP and system enhancements for automation.
Coordinate UAT and ensure readiness before go-live.
Monitor budgets and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
