HERALDIC PTE. LTD. is seeking a Warehouse Operations leader to optimise daily inbound and outbound logistics, improve inventory accuracy, and enforce safety standards.

You will drive WMS/ERP usage, conduct cycle counts, and manage budgets while developing warehouse teams to achieve operational excellence. The role requires hands-on leadership to ensure timely order fulfillment, space optimization, and regulatory compliance in a Singapore-based facility.

Qualifications

• Experience managing warehouse operations and driving efficiency.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills with ability to develop teams.
• Proven ability to monitor budgets and optimize resources in a warehouse environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily inbound and outbound logistics operations to ensure timely order fulfillment and maximize warehouse space utilization
• Drive adoption and effective use of Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ERP software to maintain accurate inventory records
• Conduct cycle counts and implement measures to improve stock accuracy and reduce discrepancies
• Manage operational budgets by controlling costs and planning resource allocation to meet financial targets
• Ensure compliance with Singapore workplace safety standards, BizSafe levels, and EHS regulations to maintain a safe working environment
• Train, mentor, and schedule warehouse supervisors, storekeepers, and handling staff to enhance team performance and operational efficiency
