Job summary

HAROLD CONSULTANCY in Singapore seeks an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee daily inbound, outbound, inventory control and order fulfilment. You will lead warehouse teams, optimise processes, and ensure safety standards while meeting service levels and KPIs.

Key responsibilities include planning layout, implementing SOPs, managing SAP/WMS systems, and driving Lean improvements to reduce waste and costs, while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, or related field.
5–10 years of relevant warehouse or logistics experience with at least 3 years in leadership.

Responsibilities

Oversee inbound, outbound, inventory control, and order fulfilment activities.
Plan layout and space utilisation to improve efficiency.
Ensure timely order fulfilment and adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
Develop and maintain warehouse SOPs and procedures.
Lead team leaders and staff; manage manpower forecasts.
Ensure safety, compliance, and a disciplined working environment.
Monitor inventory accuracy; conduct cycle counts and stock checks.
Oversee SAP/WMS usage; investigate discrepancies and action fixes.
