Ambition Group Singapore Pte. Ltd. (SG) is seeking a focused professional to manage case allocation within the New Business Team.

The role involves strategic distribution of cases, balancing workload, and collaborating with team leads to communicate allocation decisions. You will support underwriting profiling for new business cases, improve processing efficiency, and participate in related projects to ensure timely milestones and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in a related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant underwriting/insurance experience.
• Able to start immediately or within short notice.

Responsibilities

• Assist in strategic allocation of cases within New Business Team, balancing workload and expertise.
• Ensure equitable distribution of cases and optimize clearance efficiency.
• Collaborate with team leads to understand needs and communicate allocation decisions.
• Support underwriting profiling for new business cases and improve processing efficiency.
• Participate in underwriting-related projects and ensure timely milestone delivery.
• Provide ongoing support to internal and external customers and ensure compliance with policies.
• Analyze allocation data to identify trends and propose improvements.
• Meet service levels and assist with ad hoc tasks and projects.
