Job summary

AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced underwriting operations professional to manage strategic case allocation and ensure efficiency across stakeholders in Singapore.

You will drive audit controls, support risk assessment, and maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The role emphasizes collaboration with team leads, tracking milestones, and analysing allocation data to identify trends and propose process improvements while meeting service

Responsibilities

• Strategically allocated cases across stakeholders by assessing complexity, workload, and expertise, ensuring equitable distribution and optimal efficiency in case clearance
• Collaborated with team leads and stakeholders to understand allocation preferences and communicated decisions effectively to maintain transparency and workflow alignment
• Conducted monthly audit checks and administered day-to-day operational tasks to ensure service standards and quality benchmarks were consistently met
• Performed underwriting profiling for new business cases to support consistent risk assessment and improve underwriting processing efficiency
• Partnered with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate and compliant underwriting processes in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements, meeting target SLAs for internal and external customers
• Supported underwriting-related projects by attending planning meetings, tracking milestones, and regularly analysing case allocation data to identify trends and recommend process improvements
