Job summary

AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced operations associate to manage the life insurance business pipeline and support end-to-end progression of high-net-worth and complex cases in Singapore.

You will maintain submissions, track requirements, coordinate with underwriting, AML, product, and operations, and ensure milestones are met. Strong collaboration and proactive problem-solving are essential for timely case resolution and smooth business reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience; life insurance or financial services preferred.
• Experience in new business, business development, sales support or HNW insurance would be advantageous.
• Good understanding of life insurance processes and products.

Responsibilities

• Pipeline & Case Management.
• Maintain and track the International Brokers business pipeline, including submissions, pending requirements and issuance.
• Support the end-to-end progression of HNW and complex cases.
• Follow up on outstanding case requirements and key milestones.
• Coordinate cases requiring underwriting, AML, operational or other internal reviews.
• Escalate potential bottlenecks and support timely resolution of cases.
• Work closely with Underwriting, New Business, AML, Product, Operations and other relevant teams on ongoing cases and business requirements.
• Coordinate internal follow-ups and approvals required for IB cases.
• Support resolution of operational and process-related matters.
• Ensure key actions and outstanding items are tracked to completion.
• Prepare and maintain regular pipeline and production updates.
• Support business reporting, presentations and management updates.
• Assist with product, campaign and incentive-related implementation.
• Support ad-hoc business analysis and other IB team priorities as required.
• Coordinate day-to-day business and operational queries.
• Provide general administrative and execution support to ensure continuity of IB activities.
