Job summary

Ambition Group Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented underwriting professional to strategically allocate cases across stakeholders in Singapore.

You will assess complexity, workload, and expertise to ensure fair distribution and efficient case clearance. In this role you will collaborate with team leads, conduct monthly audits, and perform day-to-day tasks to uphold service standards. You will profile new business, ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements,

Responsibilities

• Strategically allocate cases across stakeholders considering complexity, workload and expertise.
• Collaborate with team leads to understand allocation preferences and communicate decisions transparently to maintain workflow alignment.
• Conduct monthly audits and perform day-to-day tasks to uphold service standards and quality benchmarks.
• Perform underwriting profiling for new business cases to support risk assessment and improve processing efficiency.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant underwriting processes in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements, meeting target SLAs.
• Support underwriting-related projects by tracking milestones and analyzing case allocation data to identify trends and suggest improvements.
