Job summary

USER EXPERIENCE RESEARCHERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented professional to document current business processes, collect data to identify root causes, and plan improvements to enhance information systems and product quality.

The role emphasizes translating business objectives into functional requirements, collaborating with key stakeholders to align re-engineering initiatives with company goals and continuously driving process optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience with business processing models, Process Design, Requirements Management, and Project Management.
• Experience with business re-engineering methods and techniques, and the technology industry.
• Experience applying Agile techniques to iteratively prioritize and define requirements.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Formal LEAN and Six Sigma training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Determine and document current business processes, to identify and understand the users' needs.
• Collect data to identify the root cause of the organization's problems.
• Analyze, plan and implement operational process improvements, to improve the organization's information systems and product quality.
• Develop metrics to provide data for process management and indicators for future improvement opportunities.
• Translate the organization's business objectives into functional requirements and solution design.
• Work closely with the organization's key stakeholders to provide desired reengineering practices and to ensure alignment of re-engineering initiatives to the organization's objectives.
