Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain business architecture including capabilities, processes and operating models.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges and requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and customer experience.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and solution concepts.
• Support design and deployment of business transformation initiatives.
• Assess impact of changes on people, processes, tech and org structures.
• Facilitate discussions between business and IT for alignment.
• Provide recommendations to support strategic decisions.
• Ensure initiatives align with enterprise standards and long-term goals.
• Support change management and stakeholder engagement during transformation.
