Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in applying Agile techniques to iteratively prioritize and define requirements.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• LEAN and Six Sigma training is a plus.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Business Transformation Consultant to drive business process improvement and re-engineering initiatives. You will work closely with key stakeholders to understand current processes and business needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate business objectives into effective functional requirements and solution designs.

The role involves analysing business processes and data, identifying root causes, developing process improvement strategies and performance metrics, and supporting the implementation of improved operational processes. You will also play a key role in ensuring alignment between business objectives, technology solutions, and transformation initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strong business transformation professional with experience in process design, requirements management, project management, Agile methodologies, and business re-engineering to contribute to meaningful organisational improvements.

KEYRESPONSIBILITIES

1. Determine and document current business processes, to identify and understand the users’ needs.
2. Collect data to identify the root cause of the organisation’s problems.
3. Analyze, plan and implement operational process improvements, to improve the organisation’s information systems and product quality.
4. Develop metrics to provide data for process management and indicators for future improvement opportunities.
5. Translate the organisation’s business objectives into functional requirements and solution design.
6. Work closely with the organisation’s key stakeholders to provide desired reengineering practices and to ensure alignment of re-engineering initiatives to the organisation’s objectives.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Required Skills and Experience

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, or related field preferred.
2. Experience with business processing models, Process Design, Requirements Management, and Project Management.
3. Stakeholder communication and alignment
4. Experience with business re-engineering methods and techniques, and the technology industry.

6. Strong written and oral communication skills.
7. Formal LEAN and Six Sigma training is a plus.
