Job summary

Activate Interactive Pte Ltd, a technology consultancy in Singapore, seeks a business process professional for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will map current processes, gather data, and drive reengineering initiatives with stakeholders to elevate system quality and efficiency.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and experience in agile methods, with LEAN/Six Sigma training considered an advantage. Enjoy a dynamic environment and exposure to government projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Experience with business processing models and requirements management.
• Experience with business re-engineering methods and techniques in tech environments.
• Experience applying Agile techniques to iteratively prioritize requirements.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• LEAN and Six Sigma training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Determine and document current business processes to identify users' needs.
• Collect data to identify root causes of problems.
• Analyze, plan and implement process improvements for better information systems and product quality.
• Develop metrics to provide data for process management and future opportunities.
• Translate business objectives into functional requirements and solution design.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align reengineering initiatives with objectives.
