Job summary

GRVT in Singapore is seeking a Business Development professional to onboard trader KOLs and communities, build relationships, conduct outreach, and support growth initiatives within the crypto space.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships, preferably in crypto, fintech, or influencer marketing.
• Solid understanding of crypto trading, exchange ecosystems, and KOL dynamics.
• Active presence or strong familiarity with platforms like Twitter, Telegram, and Discord.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated with a hunter mindset — comfortable with cold outreach and closing deals.
• Language proficiency, especially for engaging with Japanese-speaking users.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, negotiate with, and onboard trader KOLs and communities.
• Build and maintain relationships with traders and crypto communities.
• Conduct cold outreach and manage partnership discussions.
• Support the design and execution of referral and promotional programs.
• Stay up to date on crypto trends and competitor exchanges.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Support for onboarding.
• Track and analyze the effectiveness of partnerships.
