Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Management, or related field (MBA advantageous).
5 years of experience in strategy, consulting, business development, project management or related fields.
PMP certification preferred with strong hands-on project management experience.
Strategic and analytical mindset; able to turn complex issues into actionable plans.
Effective stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills across functions and with senior stakeholders.
Self-driven and results-oriented, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel overseas as required.

Responsibilities

Drive strategic business development by analyzing markets and opportunities to identify growth and partnerships.
Manage strategic projects from planning through execution with clear objectives and milestones.
Lead internal initiatives focused on process improvement and organizational development.
Coordinate stakeholders and resources, and prepare analyses and management updates for reviews.
Undertake other strategic initiatives and projects as required by management.
