Qualifications

• 18 to 25+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards leadership roles.
• Experience leading small teams within large, complex organisations.
• Proven ability to influence senior leadership and drive governance of compensation frameworks.
• Singapore Citizen.

Responsabilités

• Own the organisation’s total rewards strategy and governance of compensation & benefits.
• Lead and develop a small team and partner with the CHRO on executive discussions.
• Translate complex rewards concepts into executive-ready communications and materials.
• Represent the organisation in high-level stakeholder discussions.
