You will design salary structures, oversee annual reviews and market benchmarking, and drive remuneration analytics while balancing business needs with workforce priorities.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards.
• Experience in salary structure design, annual reviews, benchmarking and rewards analytics.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement compensation structures and salary/bonus programmes.
• Benchmark against market and harmonise rewards practices across the organisation.
• Lead end-to-end compensation projects including modelling and communications.
