Job summary

Inter-Span Marketing Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a technically skilled sales professional to grow client relationships and support projects in waterproofing, grouting, and tile adhesives, driving sales growth and delivering technical expertise.

You will introduce products to contractors and architects, prepare submissions, and conduct on-site demonstrations while maintaining strong customer relationships and driving revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to independently run site trade demonstrations and technical meetings.
• Own transport required for site visits and client meetings.
• 2-5 years of experience working with contractors and architects in construction materials sales.
• Good knowledge of waterproofing, grouting, and tile adhesives products.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• High energy, self-driven, positive, and proactive attitude.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and prospecting skills.

Responsibilities

• Introduce new products and promote existing ones to contractors and architects, ensuring alignment with technical specifications and client needs.
• Prepare detailed submissions and presentations for customers to support sales efforts and project approvals.
• Conduct site visits, mock-ups, and technical meetings independently to demonstrate product applications and solutions.
• Provide technical follow-up on project sales, recommending new solutions, training, and troubleshooting support to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships as the primary point of contact, fostering trust and repeat business.
• Monitor customer accounts to ensure prompt collections and maintain healthy cash flow.
• Prepare monthly sales reports for management to track progress and inform strategic decisions.
• Track industry trends, market activity, and competitor movements to identify new business opportunities and maintain competitive advantage.
